Question

2000 Lexus RX300 with engine codes P0300, P0301, P0303, P0305, and P1349. I changed the plugs, but the vehicle is still bad, advise?

P1349 Variable valve timing Bank 1

Having misfire on cylinder 1, 3 and 5 this is all on Bank 1, where P1349 is for the VVT solenoid, if this solenoid is stuck in the open position you can be sure it would misfire on one side of the bank.
