Can broken hose to vacumn cut valve cause p1401 code

HI there,

This will not cause an EGR temp sensor code or code P1401. it will certainly cause the P1491 code, I would look for a plugged egr tube if the vacuum is good to the egr valve. A blocked vacuum tube will cause the egr temp sensor code.
