2002 Jeep Liberty 3.7 lt P-1682 & P-1491 What is the component failure?

I have a P-1682 code and also a P-1491 code. The engine feels like it wants to stall upon coming to a stop, then it will smooth out and return to idle rpm's of 600 rpm. Is this a crankshaft position indicator sensor or camshaft position indicator sensor?
