Subaru P2441 code

Question

I have this problem and it is re-occuring sometimes within a few days (123km was the shortest time) and a few months. Has anybody found a fix for this problem?
The connecter pipes for the secondary air system are filling up with gunk and this gets trapped in the accordian section of the pipes and eventually block them so that it is difficult for the mechanics to get the cleaning brushes through.
