vw golf 1.4 2005 check engine light p0304

Question

Vw golf 2005 intermittent misfire on cyd 4 change plugs swapped ht coil pack. Ran obd also showing up insufficient engine temperature for closed loop. Could the coolant temperature sensor be causing this misfire and rough idle.
