P0443 2009 Nissan Rogue -

Question

My nissan 2009 rouge has rough idle, the transmission is whinning and slipping into gear and will not going into gear untill some number reaches three. this is hwy driving. I am being told it it the purge volume control. does this purge control have anything to do with a whinning transmission? yes the ses light is on.

The P0443 code has nothing to do with the transmission or rough idle.

For the transmission problem, if you Rogue is under 120K miles it may still under warranty.
