P1504 1999 Lincoln Navigator

i keep getting this code 1504 on my 1999 Lincoln Navigator. I've had all the O2 sensors changed as well as the egr valve and now it has started to cut off when driving. Can anyone assist me with this?

This code is for a faulty idle air control valve. This can cause stalling as well as hard starting sometimes.
