P0606 Toyota - camry

Question

Check engine, traction control and a red triangle with "!" In the middle came up. Went to advanced auto parts scanner showed P0606, possible powertrain engine module error. Lights went off until i was on the highway Took to autozone their scanner diagnostic produced code PO606. Their computer at the desk said possible cause was ECM failure. Who's correct and how long till the ECM goes. All this started about an hour ago. Should I call off work or not? LOL! It's a 2007 Toyota camry 6 cylinder thanks guys

This is true the only fix is replace the ECM
