P0243 Turbo /Supercharger wastegate solenoid "A"

CK ENG LT blinks? that would be a misfire condition. If the engine boosts at low RPM, you would be able to boost at a higher RPM. Check the sparkplug wire condition. And the ignition coil.

The sparkplug could be good, there is the ignition wire that can leak secondary ignition voltage under load, or even an ignition coil shorting out under load condition, The blinking CK ENG LT has to be addressed.

Pontiac Bonneville Turbo /Supercharger wastegate solenoid

Listed as # 2 is the boost solenoid. P0243, means you have an improper voltage level at this solenoid. a shorted boost solenoid internally can set P0243.
