LEXUS ES300 2001. MY CAR RPM FLUCTUATE BETWEEN 1500-2500 WITH NON STOP,

LEXUS ES300 2001.
WHILE GOING TO MY WORK, AFTER 200 KM AROUND, THE RPM FLUCTUATE BETWEEN 1500-2500 WITH NON STOP, WHEN IN NEUTRAL OR PARK.. AFTER SOME DAYS I CONTINUE DRIVING AND AFTER 270 KM I NOTICE THE THE PROBLEM GONE..
I DID COMPUTER TEST AND HAVE THE CODE : P1135, P0100, P0110..
I HAVE CHANGED MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR, BUT AGAIN WHILE GOING TO MY WORK AND SAME DISTANCE AFTER 200 KM, MY CAR DID THE SAME PROBLEM,, THE RPM FLUCTUATE BETWEEN 1500-2500 WITH NON STOP, WHEN IN NEUTRAL OR PARK,

NOTE: WHILE SHIFTING THE GEAR TO DRIVE THE CAR ALMOST JUMB, THE RPM AROUND 2000 ,, WITHOUT GAS OR PRAKING THE CAR SPEED CAN REACH 60~70 KM/H

P1135 A/F sensor circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1

P0110 Intake air temperature circuit malfunction

P0100 MAF (mass airflow) circuit malfunction

What you have is a high RPM, the main cause for this is a vacuum leak, The vacuum leak can come from the MAF air duct, that is allowing false air to get past the MAF (sensor). Check the MAF air duct for any open  or tears and aound the engine area for vacuum hose that are not connected

 The MAF and the IAT are one unit in the MAF sensor. any air that gets past the MAF is a false ar or a vacuum leak, vacuum leaks creates high RPM. or high idles. vacuum leaks can come from the intake manifold gasket, the PCV valve or hose, even the the brake booster hose.
