code p 1864 chrysler

replaced starter checked relays battery is fully charged and OK still no still no start just clicks once when key turned I'm baffled got code p 1864 done on odometer

No starting when you turn the key, just clicking? P1684 mean the battery was disconnected, which would be true in order to install the starter, You may need to replace the battery terminal ends and at least a 1/2 inch of the cable., Check the power distribution of the fuse relay box is connected  making sure it has good connection and not loose.

 At the relay fuse box check for good connection, here the connection is not loose

 Here a terminal end had to be replaced, due to the vehicle connection not being able to turn the starter over , it would just click, the cable was trimed out and a universal battery connection was installed.
