Buick Rainier CXL 2004: intermittent loss of gauges, all dash items alarming but no car trouble; everything still works mechanically, but the alarming and loss of gauges is almost constant. New battery in 2014.
looking at technical bulletins I see similar issues, but we have not experienced a loss of performance, just dash lights and gauges and the incessant alarming.

When there is a audible alarm , it is generated from the left front speaker. what you are recieving is multiple alarm , These audible alarm is requested from the IPC (instrument panel cluster) , such as the oil level, low fuel, safety seat belt, overspeed, Engine temperature, If you are experiencing no drivabilty just the dash , with the loss of gauges you can be it is the IPC

The IPC informs the driver of certain condition , such as engine temperature , seat belts, open doors, battery charge condition, a faulty IPC can set the audible alarms
