P0171 Nissan - X-trail

P0171 fault. I have changed the O2 sensor. What else can I do. Light comes on after about 45min driving

Hi there,

This code is common with a faulty mass  air flow sensor as well. If it's reading wrong then the fuel mix can be to lean. Also check for any possible intake manifold gasket leaks.
