P0405 Chevrolet - 1999 Tahoe, V8, where is the sensor located?

I replaced the EGR valve, cleared the code, then the P0405 came on. Cleared again and it came back again. Where is the sensor located?

P0405 Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) position sensor circuit low voltage

If you have this code P0405 this is the EGR voltage feed back signal is less than specified.or a low voltage signal for a calibrated period of time.

 The EGR location is at the front of the engine. There is a TSB that was produced for this condition TSB # 86-65-03A titled "False low EGR valve pintle position signal., What the TSB requires is a reflash of the VCM.The cause for this code condition was momentary electronic noise setting   EGR pintle position feedback signal low
