2000 Nissan frontier v6 3.3l naturally aspirated. Truck died while accelerating around a corner. Truck will turn over but is not receiving fuel. Fuel pump is working. Tried starting fluid in the air intake still no fire. The engine turns over with no ticks and good compression. Engine codes are; engine light, ALP and one for a knock sensor.

Hi there,

if the engine turns over and has good compression, then it's most likely a failed distributor. This is a very common issue. If the compression were bad, then it might be the timing belt. It sounds like there isn't any spark. I would pull a plug wire and check it to be 100% sure, then if no spark replace the distributor.
