We checked it was code PO401 we changed the EGR Vacuum Modulator Valve now PO402 code is coming too so what could be the problem now.

Vehicle: 1997, toyota camry XLE , 2.2 .

P0402 EGR gas flow excessive flow detected

Hows the engine temperature? When a EGR flow is excessive and yet there is no drivability felt, what commonly causes this code is a thermostat that is either in the stuck open position or just missing.
