The engine light is blinking in the 1998 Ford Expedition and I got the codes p0301, p0174, and p0171

The light is blining due to the P0301, this is a number 1 cylinder misfire. The  P0171 and 174 indicate a lean mixtue. Since both left and right banks are being affected, it is likely a problem with the mass air flow sensor or low fuel pressure.
