P0119 Engine coolant temperature sensor circuit intermittent / erratic

P1289 Cylinder head temperature sensor circuit high

Circuit high code is when there are no connection to the componenet. When you temperature sensor code where is shows overheating the a/c will not turn on. It is important you also check the coolant level and refresh as needed and check for leaks.
