I have 2 codes po171 and po 174 on my ford 2000 e 350

P0171 Fuel trim lean Bank 1

P0174 Fuel trim lean Bank 2

Lean fuel trim mean there is more air to fuel ratio, vacuum leaks are the most cause for a lean condition. check the PCV valve and its hose for rupture or vacuum leaks.

These lines can easily break which causes a lean code condition

Check and inspect you vacuumm lines for any breaks or disconnection
