P1351 - this has come up on my Peugeot 206 1.4 diesel - what does it mean?

The Engine autodiagnostics light comes on temporarily on my Peugeot 206, stays on for a few miles, and often when I restart the engine after a while, it does not come on. This code and another P2137 came up on the diagnosis, but I am not clear on what the problem is. Can you advise.
