I change the distributor and the code came back, I chick the timing,

Vehicle: 1999 Honda Accord ALX 2.3F23A1

HI there

First, if you didn't use a factory distributor, it could completely be the problem. I have seen a lot of trouble with the aftermarket distributors. It could also be an issue with the wiring from the distributor to the computer.
