Replaced intake with cold air system, replaced MAF, and there are no leaks, PVC correct. Engine light remains on. Codes suggest lean air/fuel ratio on both engine banks.

Could it be O2 sensors? I also put duel exhaust system on the car.

Cold air intake? That could set a lean fuel trim. The cold air intake can set a lean code, only if you are sure of no vacuum leaks, and the engine has a EGR that is a ESM. just allow a running BARO value.ipdate

Ford Crown Victoria EGR BARO

This is the ESM which built into it is a MAP sensor, having a MAP sensor it read intake manifold and exhaust pressure. It also read the BARO prior to a engine start.Since you have a different exhaust system and the cold air intake, clear your engine codes.  and do a BARO update. To update the BARO turn the key on with the engine off. for one minute. then key off to get the BARO to update. The BARO can also update under certain driving condition from the MAF as long as there is no CK ENG LT on.
