P1405 DPFE for EGR hose is disconnected or plugged

P1151 Upstream H02S not switching Bank 2 Sensor 1

Here the DPFE for the EGR system , When P1405 is set, just check its hose connection which will go to a exhaust port, if plugged just use a fine probe and clear out, P1405 can also represet a disconnection of the ehaust hose or a incorrect connection of its hose.

Here a MAF airflow duct that is capable of causing a P1151 make sure it properly connected and no false air leak that can cause a H02S to not switch.

Here is a Ford /Mazda broken air duct, , tape here was applied, this allowed false air and caused a P1151 and a P1132,

False air such as this can cause a lean P1151 and a P1132 code condition.
