On my 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5L, I have replaced the transmission and now has no acceleration, what could be the problem?

Unfortunately there are many things that could cause this problem. Did you use a new or used transmission? Was the correct transmission for 2008 Nissan Altima? There are 3 different transmissions for that year. Did you initialized the new Transmission Control Module (TCM)? (TCM is inside the transmission).
