Ttuck runs badly throws codes po171,po174,po191,p21095, and po2197 any help

Question

Truck runs badly throws codes po171 po174 po191 po2195 and po2197. I suspect bad fuel pump again

P0171 Fuel trim system lean Bank 1

P0174 Fuel trim system lean Bank 2

P0191 Fuel rail pressure sensor A circuit perfromance

P2197 02 sensor signal biased/ stuck lean Bank 2 Sensor 1

P2195 02 sensor signal biased/ stuck lean Bank 1 Sensor 1

When there P0191 this would indicate fuel pressure being low .but it would not code a P0171 and a P0174, the ECM already know that the fuel pressure is below . P0191 the ECM check acceptable fuel pressure it code when it fall below a acceptable pressure or excessive pressure.

 Here is a Fuel pressure regulator sensor, there is a vacuum line attached to it, check that vacuum line for vacuum at idle. If there is no vacuum look for  vacuum leaks that can cause a lean code condition.
