check engine light came on and was determined P0446 code with definition of EVAP System Vent Control Circuit. Where is the EVAP hose in order to determine if it's pinched or restricted?

The vent hose is under the truck usually mounted close to the cross member for the transmission. There is a service bulletin for this code, find out more info here:
