Check engine light is on and Brake light is on
Had local Firestone read the OBD and code is P1190 and they have no clue

Vehicle: 1997 Land Rover Discovery I 4.2L

P1190 Oxygen sensor heater circuit low resistance , upstream sensor

This is for the calibration of the 02 sensor, which has nothing to do why the brake light is on.In order to diagnosis this properly you would need a scan tool that can read the PASS VALUE of the oxygen sensor.
