P1153 Chevrolet will this make my truck idle or even run rough??-f

P1153 will that make my truck run or idle low and sputter when it is just idling

P1153 Insufficient switching Bank 2 Sensor 1

P0154 Insufficient activity Bank 2 Sensor 1

Both of these code condition are for the oxygen sensor, it is just responding to the condition of the engine . But will not cause the condition of  the engine, What can cause the condition you have can be from a vacuum leak coming from the intake manifold gasket, or even the EGR gasket.
