When there is a incorrect secondary air injection check for a disconnected air injection hose that may have gotten disconnected.Misfire number 3 cylinder this is usually ignition coil related, when there is a misfire this is harmful to the catalytic convertor. . As for P0116 this is for the coolant temperature sensor being faulty
