P0722 2007 Ford Fusion -

Question

po772 going down the road,vehices wrench light came on...when it went into low gear..made a thud...vehicle still ran ok...had obd ran..had the above code...started car back up..light was out..car shifted perfect...do I need to worry about it as I am planning a trip...car is fine now
