Have power and ground but no variable when pedal is pressed

P0123 Throttle position sensor / switch "A" circuit high input

If you have power and ground and no signal you failed internal TPS problem. You should have 5 volts for the power side, there a ground side, and at the signal side you should have at idle the  throttle (KEY on Engine off) 0.38 volts to 1.2 volts. at wide open throttle (key on Engine off)  you should have 3.1 to 4.4 volts at the signal side.
