P0757 Chevrolet -can this code make the transmission to have a raddle noise?

Question

i have the code P0757 when the car warms up in the morning a radeling noise starts but the car runs great til 20 min driving then looses power and starts to rev?

P0757 Shift solenoid "B" stuck on.

This is for the shift solenoid 2-3 valve, This is more of a internal mechaincal transmission condition, The noise is not caused because of a shift solenoid.
