How do I fix this problem and where is it located??

Vehicle: 2005 saturn ion 2 quad coupe

P0502 Vehicle speed sensor circuit voltage low

The location is at the end of the transmission ,check the connection , when the circuit low it possible it cannot generate a good signal for the ECM to see
