P0741 Chevrolet - do this code have anything to do with the evap system

I have 2008 silverado 1500 my check engine light came on the other I went auto zone to get it checked out the code it read out was p0741 so I put some transmission fluid in my check engine light never came back after I took the battery off to reset it. I got my inspection done and my emission failed because of the evap system does that have anything to do with the transmission

P0741 Torque convertor clutch (TCC) circuit perfromance or stuck off

When you disconnected the battery you made the readiness monitor go to incomplete. In order to pass your emission test the monitor have to be at the ready.,

Here is a monitor readiness , when a CK ENG LT is cleared monitor go to incomplete, Here the catalyst is incomplete , the Evap is incomplete, and the H02S is incomplete

 Here a drive cycle was perfromed with all the monitor at the complete, which is ready for a emission test
