I have a 2009 Jeep Wrangler 3.8L V6 with engine code P0032, what is the meaning?

P0032 -02 sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 heater circuit high

This is for the 02 sensor heater circuit when you have a circuit high code condition the ECM detects the heater element is above acceptable voltage, this can be due to the connection of the 02 sensor not being properly connected or poorly connected, or just a failed heater element of the 02 sensor.

 

Here is a 02 sensor that coded a P0032, what happen here is the exhaust manifold was being installed prior to the installation of the exhaust manifold there was no engine code just a cracked exhaust because the 02 sensor was hit it damage the heater element of the 02 sensor. P0032 are caused due to the heater element which can be from a poor connection or just a failed 02 sensor
