2012 Toyota Sienna with engine code P0012, how can I fix the problem?

P0012 Camshaft position timing over advanced or system perfromance Bank1

This is for the intake timing solenoid of Bank 1. in majority of the cause for P0012 it is caused by a mechaincal fault with the camshaft solenoid being stuck closed.
