Code P1124 Nissan Frontier 2001 4 cyl manual, thermostat or throttle relay?

Check engine light on and flashing, also code P0304 cylinder misfire

Hi there,

I am not showing the P1124 code in the service manual, but the truck doesn't have an electronic throttle, so the throttle relay isn't the problem.

As for the cylinder #4 misfire, I would start with a basic tune up and check for intake manifold gasket leak.
