P0316 Ford - 4.6 Mustang

Question

2002 Mustang GT 5 sp. 90K, changed plugs, coil, FI, and crank position sensor. Still getting P0316 and P0308 codes. Engine runs good, gas mileage still good, just can't get the codes to go away. Change oil 5K with no usage between changes. I have an Inova 3120 reader, but probably don't know how to use it to the best of its ability.
