P1516 Chevrolet - will this cause the engine light (low engine power)?

Question

While going down the road (not always) the engine will act as if it has lost power and will start coasting. I can pull off to the side and cut it off/then start it back and it is usually fine. The engine light is on and i will also have a light to flash that says (low engine power)? I stop by the parts store and had them to check my codes and this is what came up. PO300 - PO135 - PO446 - PO452 - PO453 - P1516. After checking the codes i had them to reset them. All of them reset except PO453. Any help would be appreciated.

P0300 Random misfire

P0135  02 heater circuit malfunction  (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P0446  Evaporative emission vent control circuit malfunction

P0452 Evaporative emission control system pressure sensor low

P0453 Evaporative emission control system pressure sensor high input

P1516 Predicted throttle position are not within calibrated range

One of the code that causes a reduce engine is P1516, If code P2135 is present you can be sure that the fault is with the thottle actuator control. What will cause P1516 is having P0300 random misfire. In order to protect the catalytic convertor due to damage the ECM put the engine in reduce mode. from P0300, When it comes to finding the reason for a P0300 check the ignition system . Resolve the misfire condition
