P1300 2001 Toyota Echo -

Question

the car will run sounds good but after about a mile it shuts off. got to wait a couple of minute and it will start back up but then after driving for a little shut off again. two three codes pop up p0300, p0303 and p1300. any info would help.

P1300 Ignitor circuit malfunction

The rest of the code are misfire codes, With P1300 there are 2 component that you need to take care of, The first one is the relay listed as EFI which is located in the engine fuse relay box.The second is the CKP (crank position sensor) . At one time Toyota had a Recall for their CKP where the CKP became disconnected during driving. Replace the CKP just for assuruance and use a aftermarket CKP. After market improved the CKP rather than the OEM.
