Still pops up a p0141 after I replaced the up and downstream O2 sensors

Vehicle: 2005 PT Cruiser, base model, 2.4L non-turbo

P0141 - 02 sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2 heater performance

Replaced the rear 02 and same code, it now time to test the circuit

 Test the heater circuit control BR/VT for battery voltage this is with KOEO. If presenst replace the 02 sensor if not the circuit needs to be tested from up to the PCM
