U0073 Chevrolet -

Question

My car is reading codes p0700 and u0073 the symptoms my car is giving is a locked steering wheel and the gas gauge is jumping back and forth. I need to know is the problem serious? is it minor? is it expensive? and what can I do to fix it?

P0700 is letting you know there are other codes stored.
