P0507 Chevrolet impala and other various codes listed below. what could this be?

Sluggish with various other codes that have cleared as well. I have had engine reduced power issues last weekend but cleared them. They were po068, 101, 106. C0242 and C0561. It's been hit and miss. I did replaced the air filter today and clean the maf sensor with the proper cleaner as well. I'm lost without an advanced tool as I only have the innova 3160d . Any help would be greatly appreciated.
