we just put anew crank sensor on the car and still wont work what can we do from here

P1372 Crank position sensor circuit performance

You would 2 CKP, depending on the engine size.  there is the (7X) this synchonizes  and there is the (24X) the RPM. The 7X is located at the rear block above the oil pan and the 24X is behind the crank balancer.. which one was replaced, The other engine size would use one CKP all in one sensor being hall effect and a pulse generator. Depending again on the engine one of them require a PCM calibration. and other  requires the ICM
