2011 GMC Sierra 3500 6.6L with engine codes P2610, P122D and P2598

Question

I was able to get symptoms and descriptions and probable causes on some codes but on these codes, I am not getting the information I need. Can you help with these codes? P2610, P122D and P2598

P122D Intake airflow exceeding learning limits

P2610 Control moduel ignition off timer perfromance

Another code definition for P2610 is a incomplete program of the ECM or intermittent loss of voltage to the ECM. Is there a chip that is installed in here ?
