These 3 codes came on although there doesn't seem to be any change in the way the car runs. It seems weird to lose both O2 sensors and the ECM at the same time and that the car would have no symptoms. I'm thinking this could be a wiring harness issue. Does that make sense? If so, where should I look for the problem.

P0138 Oxygen sensor circuit high voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2

P0607 Control module performance

P2238 Oxygen (A/F) sensor pumping current circuit low Bank 1 Sensor 1

The oxygen sensor transister is built into the ECM , as long as you have a 02 or airflow sensor code it will code a P0607 which is for the 02 sensor transistor. P0138 mean you have a poor or a disconnected or even a failed rear 02 sensor. If you have a exhaust leak just prior to the front 02 sensor you can code P2238. Check to see if you qualify for Scion  waranty TSB # S-SB0050-08. this is for P2238, what this is about are for the improved wire harness update,
