P0132  0xygen sensor circuit high Bank 1 Sensor 1

Failed connection are circuit high codes. or open connection or disconnected connections, all these mean circuit voltage high. Recheck the connection.  Also the Dodge Ram requires OEM products to be installed in their vehicles. as an example it requires Champion sparkplug to be installed, if you use anything other than what is required by Dodge the vehicle will have no power. this is the same for the 02 sensor, if you don't use OEM for the 02 sensor you can set a misfire code.
