P2111 Throtttle actuator control system

P2104 Throttle actuator control system Forced Idle

P2106 Throttle actautor control system Forced limited power

These trouble code are not going to set a no start condition P2111 this is more of a informative code, Start with the basic of a no start condition such as fuel pressure, does the engine have spark, Check for other DTC that are present

 On this Ford the code condition here was P2106 and P2135 the fix for this was the throttle body replacement. Unless there is a P2135 the throttle body is not the cause for the no start.
