loose gas cap code evap

loose gas cap code on 05 dodge neon 2.0 sohc just had fuel pressure censor replaced along with the valves and seats and head gasket and water pump and pulley and belt check engine light is on and cant find a leak in the gas cap light turns on and off on occasion mechanic cant seem to find problem getting lower mpg then normal too help

Fuel tank pressure sensor? Dodge does not use fuel tank pressure sensor,

When it comes to the EVAP hose for Dodge those EVAP hoses at the cansiter tend to rot easily a visual inspection usually find the problem

Here is a leak at one of the EVAP hose  just  feel of the hose you can tell it bloated and is soft with cracks
