I keep getting code U1040 on my 01 olds. Intrigue how can I fix this?

I have changed all 4 hub assemblies that have the speed sensor in them ,and I ohmed the wires to each one and I sent the BCM in and had it tested and they said it was good , but my ABS and brake and track off lights stay on.
